Maryland NEVI Plans

Under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), States were required to develop and submit an EV Deployment Plan describing how the State intends to use its apportioned NEVI Formula Funds by August 1, 2022. EV Deployment Plans are required to be updated yearly by August 1. NEVI Formula Funds cannot be obligated until the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) approves the State’s Plan.
